    When suits you?

    Will someone be home?

    Rooftop work is weather dependent. If it is raining, we call you to move it, at no cost. Nobody works on a wet roof. If the forecast rules out your visit, we contact you by 5pm the day before. If the weather turns on the day, we call you at least an hour before your time and move you to the next slot that suits you, at no cost. You pay nothing until the job is finished.

    Moving or cancelling: free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit, with the link in your confirmation email. Inside 24 hours, please call us on (07) 4957 3511 and we will work it out with you. If we have to move or cancel your visit, we let you know as early as we can and you pay nothing for the change.

Straight answers

What if I have more than 10 panels?

No problem. Put your number of panels into the calculator above and it gives you the exact price for your roof before you book. The price is fixed before we start.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need a tap and a look at your inverter screen. If you are at work, the report lands in your inbox anyway.

When do I pay?

On the day, once the job is done. Card or cash, and nothing up front. If nobody will be home, we save your card with Stripe and charge it on the day, once the job is done.

What if you find a problem?

It goes in your report with photos, and we tell you straight. The check itself is not electrical work: we do not remove any covers or test the wiring. If something points at an electrical problem, that is a separate job for a licensed electrician, and you are free to take it to anyone. Bird mesh for a nest under the panels is its own job with its own price. No obligation either way.
