What our customers say
Reviews from real Mackay businesses and homes.
The team came to do a Solar panel health check. They were punctual, courteous and explained what was going to happen. The report arrived day after appointment as promised with photos showing possible causes of less efficient panels. I would confidently recommend Next Phase Solar for their panel check and clean.
Had Brad out to give the panels a clean. Friendly bloke, in and out quick and they look brand new again. Cheers guys, will be booking again.
Good service!!!!!!!!!!!!
We wanted a decent sized battery and they were the only ones who didn't try to talk us into something smaller. 32kWh GoodWe, installed in a day, boys were on time and left the place tidy. Brad answered every question I had, and a few after as well. Couldn't ask for better!
Very pleased with the whole experience, right from quote to saving money with no more electricity bill. The quote was very competitive and the job was done in timely manner. Would recommend Brad and the team to anyone thinking of solar
Really happy with my new solar panels at home. The whole thing was smooth and stress free, and they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Great service and lovely to deal with. Thank you.
Fast and easy from start to finish. I just needed a battery added and they sorted it out really quickly, much faster than I expected after hearing how long other companies take. Brad was great, clear and helpful the whole way through. Highly recommend them if you are in Mackay.
After getting a few quotes, We decided to go with Next Phase Solar and we're really glad we did. They were upfront, easy to deal with, and there were no surprises along the way. Install day went smoothly and everything works perfectly!
I would highly recommend Next Phase Solar. 🥰 From first contact, to install and then aftercare they've been friendly, helpful and professional. The system is performing well and I'm happy with the outcome! 😁
Really good value. I wanted to add a battery to my setup and shopped around a fair bit, and Brad came back with the best price out of everyone I asked. No pushy sales, just a straight good deal and the job done properly. Happy customer, would recommend them to anyone in Mackay looking at solar or batteries🙏🏻
