Our mounting is rated to AS/NZS 1170.2 wind region C, which is what regional QLD requires. Panel rails, brackets and fixings are spec'd for cyclone-region wind loads. We can also pull permits for higher categories if your insurer asks for it.
Two main ones for QLD homes: federal STCs (small-scale technology certificates) discount your upfront system cost, currently worth roughly $400 to $600 per kW depending on the rebate zone; and the federal Home Battery rebate (live since July 2025) cuts about 30% off battery storage. We sort the STC paperwork at no charge as part of every install.
We handle it end to end. Connection application, export-limit set, generation meter request and the post-install Compliance Certificate. We lodge on day one of the project so the network approval does not become the bottleneck.
No. Every person on your roof is on the Next Phase Solar payroll. CEC accredited installers, locally employed. The crew that quotes is the crew that installs and commissions.
Our written workmanship warranty is 10 years. Panels carry the manufacturer's product warranty (typically 12 to 25 years) plus a 25-year output warranty. If output drops below the modelled figure by more than 10%, we come back at our cost and remediate.
Residential: 48 hours from when you send us a recent power bill. Commercial: 48 hours from when we have 12 months of interval data. No on-site sales call required before we send the written quote.
No. Pricing is identical across our service footprint. Travel time is built into the standard rate, no surcharge for Whitsundays, Sarina or the Coalfields.
