What actually stays on in a blackout?
Whatever your Blackout Plan says. We design it with you: fridge, freezer, fans, lights and WiFi as standard, and we’re honest about heavy loads like ducted air-con. Then we prove it with a real blackout test on install day.
I’m on the old 44c feed-in tariff. Will I lose it?
We check your exact situation before quoting and give you the answer in writing. If adding a battery would affect it, you’ll see the numbers both ways before you decide anything.
How does the federal rebate work?
It’s worth around $4,600 on a typical install this year. We take it straight off your quote and handle every form. The responsibility for getting it right is ours, in writing. It steps down again on January 1st.

Then no battery on earth runs your whole house for a week, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Your Blackout Plan shows the honest hours for your essentials, per scenario, so you know exactly where you stand before you buy.
What does it cost?
It depends on your usage and your home. That’s why the Snapshot and the Site Check come first and cost nothing. Your exact price is locked before you commit, with the rebate already taken off, and you pay 50% to start with the rest due only after inspection and your blackout test.
