OUR PROCESS
How we work
Six stages from discovery call to handover. Transparent timeline, predictable approvals. The detail below covers a typical 100 kW commercial project on a capex pathway.
- 01
Discovery call
Phone call. We cover daytime load profile, roof type, grid-connect feasibility and any constraints around your operations.
Week 0 · 30 minutes - 02
Data analysis
You share 12 months of interval data. We model three scenarios with payback and IRR: conservative, base case and aggressive utilisation.
Week 1 to 2 - 03
Site assessment and quote
Hardware list, NPV, sensitivity analysis at plus or minus 15 percent, and finance options.
Week 2 · 48-hour PDF - 04
Sign and engineer
Final design, Ergon embedded generation lodgement, procurement. Deposit 20 percent, progress payments against milestones.
Week 3 to 6 - 05
Install and commission
Crew on site for 5 to 14 days depending on system size. Zero shutdown of your core operations.
Week 7 to 9 - 06
Handover and monitor
Monitoring live from day one. O&M schedule set. First quarterly performance report lands at week 14.
