48 hours from when we have your interval data (commercial) or your most recent power bill (residential). Commercial site visits add 1 to 2 days if the design needs verification. We always confirm the delivery date when we receive your details.
Free for residential and commercial under 100 kW. Commercial systems above 100 kW that need a full on-site engineering survey include a $250 fully-refundable inspection fee (credited back when you sign the install contract). We confirm any fee up front, never after.
Residential: a recent power bill (front + back, or PDF). Commercial: 12 months of interval data from your retailer (most can email it on request). We also accept just an address and we'll do an initial design from satellite imagery, then refine once we have your data.
No. Our pitch is: we send the written quote first, you read it, you decide whether to talk. No salesperson, no follow-up calls unless you ask for them. We win business on the numbers, not the script.
Of course you should. Send us the other quotes once you have them and we will audit them line by line: panel grade, inverter tier, mounting spec, warranty terms, who actually installs. Most apples-to-apples comparisons reveal the cheapest quote uses Tier-2 panels or subcontracted labour. We tell you straight.
Quotes are valid for 60 days (hardware prices fluctuate quarterly). After 60 days we re-issue at the then-current pricing, usually within 24 hours. No deposit needed to hold an indicative price.
End to end. Embedded generation applications above 30 kW take roughly 45 business days. We pre-lodge on day one of design so the network approval runs in parallel with procurement, not in series.
