Workmanship warranty is set in the written quote, typically 1 to 3 years depending on the job type. Covers our labour, fixings, flashings and electrical terminations from any defect we caused.

We back every install with a written workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer warranties on the hardware itself.
Manufacturer warranty
Up to lifetime
Panel manufacturer warranties pass through with the original product registration. Inverter and battery manufacturer warranties are set by the OEM and registered on commissioning.
What is covered
- Labour, fixings and electrical terminations carried out by our crew
- Cable routing, conduit and switchboard work
- Flashings and waterproofing carried out as part of the install
What is not covered
- Damage caused by extreme weather (cyclone, hail) beyond manufacturer ratings
- Modifications or repairs carried out by other parties after our handover
- Loss of generation caused by network outages outside our control
