Everything we install comes with 3 years on our workmanship, in writing, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the equipment.
Workmanship warranty
3 years
If a defect in our workmanship appears within 3 years from the date we finish the installation, we fix it at no cost to you. That covers everything we install, such as solar systems, batteries, electrical work and bird proofing.
Bird proofing. 3 years on our workmanship, and we warrant the mesh for 5 years. If birds get back in through a spot we closed, we fix it free.
Manufacturer warranty
On top of ours
Panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment also come with their manufacturer's warranty. We help you make a claim with the manufacturer.
Claim process
Contact us within the warranty period on (07) 4957 3511 or at sales@nptech.net.au, or write to Next Phase Technologies Pty Ltd, 29 Peel Street, Mackay QLD 4740. Tell us what the problem is and, if you can, send a photo. We arrange a time to inspect it. For a valid claim, we pay our costs of inspecting and fixing the defect, including travel. You do not pay anything to make a claim other than your own cost of contacting us.
Your other rights
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law in relation to the goods and services to which it relates.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
